I have been a customer for Jos Allukas Bangalore Dickenson rd branch for over 10+ years now. Always had the best of service, good collection of both gold and diamond jewellery. Thanks to SIA sir who always made sure we are satisfied with our purchase. I recently visited the store in wanting of a particular design jewellery which was not present but Rajesh AP the sales executive made the shopping much easier by sending images of the design in What’s App and being available when we visited the store again to purchase. My go to place for gold shopping, have been visiting this particular branch from last 3 years, the hospitality is top notch, other places might be offering great designs and collections, but nobody can beat the customer service we get here,and I love the designs too. Every single staff member is so so polite and patient. Setting the benchmark for all other jewellers. U can purchase as per your need and budget, staff will patiently show you the entire collection which u can't expect in any other gold shop.
